Reduce the impact of your port’s emissions

Day one sessions to focus on climate change and how your port can use technology to measure your port’s air emissions.

The session, chaired by Donald F. Boesch PhD, will highlight the challenges of climate change and how world-leading ports have developed strategies and technology to reduce the impact on their operations.

Following the networking lunch George Aburn, director of Air and Radiation Administration, Maryland Department of Environment will chair a session focusing on developing technologies to help ports understand emissions and minimise their impact.

Not only are these sessions key to those working at reducing the impact of the port’s own emissions but also ship operators who are becoming increasingly under scrutiny to reduce emissions by the ports they visit.
