Anne-Marie Causer: As well as GreenPort Editor, Anne-Marie is responsible for Mercator Media's online news service across all seven titles, providing readers with latest news relevant to their business.Anne-Marie initially joined Mercator after graduation in 2000, as a sales executive for Engineering Capacity, and later as a freelance writer on Maritime Journal for four years, becoming full time in her current role in 2011.
Anne-Marie has also worked as a reporter on local newspapers and as Assistant Editor for the John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose Ltd. In 2003 she became Managing Editor at the Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation (DRWF) - a position she held for nearly eight years.
Anne-Marie also continues to work as a freelance journalist. Her clients have included the Nautical Archaeology Society, IMarEST, the UK Harbour Masters' Association and the International Harbour Masters' Association. Rebecca Jeffrey: Rebecca joined Mercator Media in April 2017 and assists the News Editor in writing online stories for all of Mercator Media’s titles. Prior to her current role she worked as Editor for Recruitment International magazine, leading the brand through a content overhaul and implementing key editorial strategies and procedures.
She has also worked as a freelance journalist for the Hearing Times, interned at several B2B and consumer publications and studied magazine journalism at Cardiff University.
Before entering the world of journalism, Rebecca worked in the charity communications and fundraising sectors, notably in mental health. Rebecca is a strong advocate of hearing loss prevention education and is a social media volunteer for the British Tinnitus Association.
